Frequently Asked
Questions

  • Do you sign a cooperation agreement?

Yes, we do. You don’t have to worry about the security of your data and funds, as we operate officially and pay taxes. We have a registered address, an office, the option to make payments via the company's bank details, a multi-stage payment process, and more.

  • How does the payment process work?

Payment is made in several stages (the number and amount depend on the service you choose).

The final payment is made when you receive the document in person. If, for any reason, you do not receive the documents, we will refund your money (all conditions are clearly stated in the contract).

  • Is personal presence required in the selected country for document processing?

Yes, personal presence is mandatory, but the required stages may vary depending on the country.

In some countries, you need to be present at every stage (submitting documents, fingerprinting, receiving the document), while in others, you may be able to submit or collect documents without being there, only attending for fingerprinting.

It is not possible to obtain a residence permit, permanent residence, or passport without personal presence!

  • Is it possible to sign the contract online?

Yes, of course. 90% of our clients choose to sign the contract online, as our main office is located in London, and not everyone has a visa to enter.

  • Is personal presence required during the document preparation process before submission?

No, it is not required. We will thoroughly review your case, you will fill out all necessary forms, and we will request all the required information. This allows us to make the process as flexible as possible and prepare the documents for submission without your presence. However, your personal presence will be required at the actual document submission stage.

  • Do you have an office, and in which countries?

Yes, our office is located in London, where our company is officially registered. We operate fully legally, have a legal address, pay taxes, and work under a contract.

  • What is the difference between a visa, residence permit (temporary and permanent), and citizenship?

A visa, temporary residence permit (TRP), permanent residence permit (PRP), and citizenship are different legal statuses that determine how a person can stay and act in a country. Here are the main differences:

    1. Visa:

       - A visa is a permit to enter a country for a limited period.
       - It is issued for specific purposes (tourism, work, study, etc.).
       - A visa can be short-term (e.g., a Schengen visa for 90 days) or long-term (e.g., a student visa).

    1. Temporary Residence Permit (TRP):

       - Allows a foreigner to legally reside in the country for more than 90 days but is not permanent.
       - Usually issued for a specific period (e.g., 1–3 years) and can be renewed.
       - Granted based on different reasons (work, study, family reunification).

    1. Permanent Residence Permit (PRP):

       - Grants the right to live permanently in the country without needing extensions.
       - PRP holders usually have more rights than TRP holders but may not have full rights as citizens (e.g., no voting rights).

    1. Citizenship is a legal status that grants a person full rights and obligations in a country. Simply put, if you have citizenship, you are a full member of the country. This means you can:
    1. Live and work: You have the right to live and work in the country without restrictions.
    1. Vote: You can participate in elections and influence decisions made in the country.
    1. Access services: You can use public services such as education and healthcare.
    1. Protection: Your country is obligated to protect you and your rights.

In addition, citizenship may give you the ability to travel visa-free to other countries and make it easier for your family members to obtain visas.

  • What Are the Benefits of Obtaining Citizenship?

Acquiring a new citizenship can offer numerous advantages, including:

    1. Right to Permanent Residency:

       - Citizens have the right to live in the country indefinitely and cannot be deported.

    1. Access to Social Services:

       - Citizens often benefit from social programs such as healthcare, education, and pension systems.

    1. Voting Rights:

       - Citizens can participate in elections and influence national policies.

    1. Improved Financial Opportunities:

       - Citizenship can provide access to better job prospects, higher salaries, and business opportunities.

    1. Visa-Free or Simplified Travel:

       - Many countries offer their citizens visa-free entry or easier visa procedures for travel abroad.

    1. Legal Protection:

       - Citizens are entitled to protection from their government and can seek legal assistance and rights enforcement.

    1. Family Reunification:

       - Citizenship can make it easier for family members to obtain visas, residence permits, or even citizenship.

    1. Cultural Integration:

       - Becoming a citizen helps with social integration and acceptance in a new country.

    1. Education Benefits:

       - Citizens often have access to lower tuition fees and scholarships for higher education.

These benefits vary depending on the country, but in general, obtaining citizenship opens up new opportunities and greater security for individuals and their families.
